Whether you need help bringing your vision to life, or are looking to create a unique visual style for you event, our Design Coordination service was created for couples who need extra support in bringing their wedding vision (or lack thereof!) to life.
Starting with a Design Brainstorm meeting, we will explore your style and preferences and get to know your personality. Everything from colour scheme and materials, to rentals and floral, we will create a custom Design Style just for you. Following that, we will work with our network of preferred vendors to implement your look within your budget.
On the day of the event, our design team will oversee the execution of all the elements of design and make sure all final touches are in place to make sure your day looks perfect.
The following services are included in our Design Coordination package:
- Creation of overall Design Style, including all décor related elements (linens, floral, lighting, draping, stationary, general decor, etc.)
- Design outline for all décor including floor plans of venue
- Recommendations of preferred vendors
- Communication and Coordination with selected vendors
- Attendance of all Décor Vendor meetings
ON THE WEEK-OF
- Pick up of any small, personal décor items
ON THE DAY-OF
- Set up of all planned décor items (up to 8 hours)
